Our training sessions cater for all abilities ranging from beginners to those who have played the game at higher standards. Training sessions are geared to be enjoyable but there is a seriousness to them with the aim to improve skills and team performances with each session. Sessions will change each week depending on the needs of teams and players. Typically sessions will include a fitness aspect, touch rugby as well as drills to enhance defensive and attacking play with full team run throughs before games.
